Yasuo Furuya(フルヤ ヤスオ)
The Rev. Yasuo Furuya, B.D. (1952), Th.D. (1959) is currently Professor and Chair of the Graduate School of American-European Culture Studies, Seigakuin University. Furuya was professor emeritus at the International Christian University and pastor emeritus of ICU Church. He studied at Tokyo Union Theological Seminary, San Francisco Theological Seminary, Princeton Theological Seminary, Princeton University, Tubingen University, Basel University. He received a doctorate from Princeton Seminary, having written a dissertation on the Absoluteness of Christianity, a theological critique
